My mother and father are both senior citizens. My siblings can’t stay with them the whole time as we have our own families as well. Our oldest sister lives the nearest to our parents but she is a very busy woman as well. She can’t check our parents every minute of the day. Don’t get us wrong though, we love our parents but we all have separate lives now. What we do every day is call them as much as we can to check them. However to have a well secured home for them is crucial. Calling is important but there has to be a way to have a more secured home for them. We installed locks for the house but of course these days, this is not enough. We were told about adt and we definitely installed it. It’s a good relief for all of us. My parents felt better as well as this is a big help. It hasn’t been safe these days and we all have to be prepared. I also installed this in our home. Even my other siblings now installed this in their homes. You just can’t rely on locks and gates, there’s got to be another way to make your home secured.
